Cafe of The Tiger Fossil Temple

In 1992, in a small hill near a Buddhist temple, a fossil of what is believed to be a prehistoric tiger was found embedded on the ceiling of its limestone cave.

Researchers date it between 2.5 million and 11,000 years old.

For decades, temple visitors have come to pay tribute to and worship the mysterious ancient entity.

Today researchers continue to study fossils for more scientific answers.
