Gua Naga Mas

Cave of The Tiger Fossil Temple

In 1992, a small hill near a Buddhist temple was found with a fossil of what is believed to be a prehistoric tiger embedded in the ceiling of its limestone cave.

Researchers date it between 2.5 million and 11,000 years old.

Temple visitors have come to pay tribute to and worship the mysterious ancient entity for decades.

Today researchers continue to study fossils for more scientific answers.

Typo error found in the title. “Cafe” of The Tiger Fossil Temple, it should be “cave”.
Please be extra careful as it represents Perak or even Malaysia.
